摘要: | 微結構應用於工件表面可以為表面帶來附加的功能。近年來超精密加工應用於製造形狀尺寸精確且具有三維結構的光學元件,以用於成像與非成像的領域。在隱形眼鏡模仁表面加上軸對稱微溝槽陣列可為隱形眼鏡帶來更多的醫療用途。微光柵的寬度縮小時,光柵溝槽的曲率半徑也會縮小到與鑽石車刀刀鼻半徑接近的尺寸。在製作微溝槽的加工路徑時,三維結構的表面經由電腦輔助製造軟體被轉換為大量的數值資料點。在微溝槽的邊界由於工件表面的角度突然改變,造成此處的加工資料點不連續。刀具通過為溝槽邊界不連續的點資料形成干涉,也造成微溝槽寬度的精度無法進一步提升。本文提出於曲面隱形模仁上精準加工微溝槽的路徑生成方法,可以避免干涉發生。透過實驗結果發現,相較於輔助加工軟體所提供的點資料加工路徑,本文所提出的加工方式可加工出寬度更精準的微溝槽,以達後續成像要求的公差規格。 Microstructures on surfaces of workpiece can provide additional functions. In recent years ultraprecision machining has been employed to manufacture accurate optical component with 3D structure for imaging and non-imaging applications. Axisymmetric micro grating array on contact lens mold can provide additional medical function. When the width of the micro-grating reduced, the curvature of the grating also reduced to a size close to the nose radius of the diamond tool.To transfer these micro grating features into numerical control code, the workpiece surfaces are presented as numerous data points. Due to abrupt slope changes, the cutting tool location on the edge of micro grating are discontinuous. Interference occurs when cutting tool center go through the discontinuous data points, which cause the width of the micro gratings are not precise enough. This project provides a tool path generating method which interference is not happening and precision of width of the micro grating is good by cutting experiments. |
