This paper presents a business plan for the expansion of Tentive, an Israeli company that specializes in using cognitive training for the treatment of ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) to the market in Taiwan. The paper begins with a discussion of the state of ADHD in Taiwan, in an attempt to dissect and understand the local market and its needs. Following that, it presents Tentive, their operations in their home country of Israel, and their service which is unique to the market in Taiwan. Lastly, a plan is laid out for Tentive’s market entry and expansion into Taiwan. The plan puts emphasis on gradual, low-risk progression into the market that accentuates the creation of trust and word-of-mouth with local clients and partners, without reliance on any major initial investments.en
