運動如何驅使環境友善行為？

Abstract

本研究旨在探索除法律規範之外的另一種保護環境的方法。基於軀體認知理論和情境線索研究，本研究特別關注運動與親環境行為之間的關係。研究一的結果顯示，剛運動完的人會增加購買環保產品的傾向。這項研究進一步檢查了運動的有效性和運動類型是否會影響運動與購買環保產品的傾向之間的關係。研究二的結果顯示，一個人是否保持專心運動將決定運動的效果，進而去影響購買綠色產品的意圖。而運動類型（有氧運動與無氧運動）不會影響結果。總結來說，本研究提供了關於運動如何誘使親環境行為的實際證據，並指出了未來的研究方向。

This research aims to explore an alternative method to protect the environment besides ways through legal norms. It pays particular attention to the relationship between exercise and pro-environmental behavior based on the embodiment theory and the situational cue research. The result of study 1 shows that the individuals who just engaged exercise would increase their intention to purchase green product. This research further examined whether the perceived effectiveness and type of exercise would moderate the exercise-proenvironment relationship. The result of study 2 demonstrated the whether an individual was mindfully working out would determine the effectiveness of the exercise, and in turn, would influence the intention to purchase green product. The type of exercise (aerobic vs. anaerobic) would not affect the result. In sum, this research provides empirical evidence about how exercise could induce pro-environmental behavior, and points out the future research directions.
