HCT Regenerative, a company founded in 2016 and based in Taipei, is looking to expand into new markets in Asia. The purpose of this thesis is to analysis markets in the Asian region, identify potential opportunities in those markets based on regulatory, economic, and demographic conditions, and create a strategy and financial plan to enter those markets. The markets analyzed in the region include: Taiwan where HCT is based and currently developing, South Korea, Japan, India, Singapore, and Malaysia. Of the markets analyzed, the three new markets the thesis proposes to enter are South Korea, Japan and Malaysia. All three markets have a similar entry strategy with a financial plan proposed. The thesis also discusses the overall development plan of HCT in Taiwan. Listed are previous milestones as well as expected future markers over the next few years. New product development and new business services are also outlined in the plan.
