摘要: | 面對人口老化及少子化等因素,台灣迎來銀髮未來大趨勢。台灣目前高齡人口約15%,預計在2029年會邁入超高齡社會。我們選擇探討影響專業銀髮社區居住傾向研究,為運營提供實證的參考的依據。我們分析了347份有效問卷內容,平均為45.82歲的台灣居民。我們的結果表明,專業銀髮社區如果應用那些可以提升退休品質的銀髮科技會提升消費者的接受度,特別高的為全智能居家管理系統的IoT技術。消費者也期許高級銀髮社區有更多的休閒娛樂功能。值得反思的是,專業銀髮社區比一般住宅沒有營造更好的人際互動品質氛圍,且消費者可能不認為銀髮社區和健康養生有很大的關係。因此提升互動品質與養生方面是專業銀髮社區需檢視的地方。 Taiwan which is facing to factors such as the aging of the population and the declining birthrate, bringing the Seniors market in the future. Elderly population is about 15% in Taiwan currently and is expected to enter the hyper-aged society in 2029. We decided to investigate the basis for influencing on the residential tendency of the professional elderly community and providing an empirical reference for operations. We analyzed 347 valid questionnaires, with an average of 45.82 year-old Taiwanese residents. Our results show that the professional elderly community will increase the acceptance of consumers if they use the technology that can improve the retirement quality, especially the IoT technology of the smart home management system. Consumers also expect the advanced elderly community to have more recreational features. It is worth reflecting that the professional elderly community does not create a better interpersonal quality environment than the general residential district, and consumers may not think that the elderly community has a significant correlation with wellness. Therefore, improving the quality of interaction and health care in professional elderly communities is supposed to be inspected. |
