營建業國際化速度與策略性之研究

Abstract

國際化發展不管在營建業、零售業或是科技業都是很重要的議題。 過去的研究較少針對規律性與速度等時間維度的國際化過程作探討。本研究分析了45家顧問公司與57家營造廠在1998到2017年的國際化發展資料。發現因為時間壓縮不經濟的影響，營造廠國際化程度對速度的影響還有速度對規律性的影響都呈現正相關且比顧問公司強，唯有國際化程度對規律性的影響有直接與間接的，營造廠的影響也較大；另外國際化程度對規律性的影響顧問公司較強。最後針對研究中不足的地方做具體的建議。

Internationalization is an important issue whether it comes to construction, retail or technology industries. Past researchers seldom focus on the temporal dimension of the internationalization such as regularity or speed. In this study, we examined the international path of 45 design firm and 57 construction company from 1998 to 2017. We found that because of the time compression diseconomies, impact of international degree to the speed of internationalization is greater in constructors. Also the speed of internationalization has more impact on the regularity in contractors. Besides, the degree of internationalization has direct and indirect impact on the regularity of internationalization and the direct impact is greater in design firms. We also suggest a practical direction to the future researchers.
