| dc.description.abstract | 本研究旨在建構並驗證水平私交關係的概念。立基於場域特殊性,華人於公開與私下互動準則的不同,本研究認為對偶同事之間在私領域的去角色化互動,會產生有別於公領域工作角色往來所帶來的影響。本研究以三個系列研究來建構並驗證水平私交關係。研究一的目的為探索水平私交關係的概念,透過質性研究,描繪同事之間私底下情感聯繫的內涵。研究二旨在發展水平私交關係具有信效度的測量工具,奠基於研究一之定義內涵,編製可靠的施測問卷。研究三則聚焦於模式效果的驗證,以問卷調查法的方式,在華人組織場域中,對應公領域互動關係的效果,驗證水平私交關係的路徑模式與效果,並探討其可能的中介歷程與條件因素。綜合上述,本研究描繪了水平私交關係的內涵,並提供相關量化證據,提供華人同事關係研究新的思考方向。 | zh_TW |
