| dc.description.abstract | 論文研究主題為個案之資訊服務暨軟體公司在企業應用資訊系統(ERP)市場中，面對一波波新的科技浪潮，在新的資訊科技應用，如工業4.0、雲端與行動應用、大數據、多方平台的商業模式等衝擊下，如何建構經營管理的基本構面，並從各構面加以研究推演，找出企業優化流程的步驟與方法，以協助資訊服務暨軟體產業的持續發展與成長茁壯。
本研究以個案研究方法，歸納資訊科技的發展與應用前景、企業經營的資訊化的需求、資訊服務暨軟體產業的實務發展現象，根據企業管理的「產、銷、人、發、財」之五管理論與研究者的實務經驗，進而訂定資訊服務暨軟體產業經營管理的構面與模式。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The study of this thesis is about the Information Service and Software industry nowadays facing the mega information technologies transformation waves in the ERP markets. How to construct the fundamental structures of business management when new information technologies applications are booming, such as industry 4.0、web cloud and mobile applications、big data、multi-party platform etc. . Base on the fundamental structures to develop the business processes optimization methodogies, and to help the Information Service and Software industry keeping continuous growth.
The thesis is based on the case study of a Information Service and Software company. The study investigates and concludes from the information technologies evolving trend、the demand of enterprise informatization、the practical developing situation of information technologies, and bases on the definition of business management: production function、marketing function、human resource function、research and development function、finance function, and compares with the best practice experience from the thesis writer. Then constructs the business management structures and implementation models for the Information Service and Software industry. | en |
