摘要: | 電力系統是由發電、輸電與配電系統結合而成,輸電系統是大容量電力長距離輸送之用,是電力系統的動脈,通常由地下電纜與架空線路混合多種電纜線徑組成,配電系統主要任務是將電力送到各消費用戶中使用,如一般辦公室大樓、工廠、及家庭等。
本論文主要針對超高壓輸電線345kV、一次輸電線161kV及69kV以下配電系統之故障定位演算法,利用台電架設之數位電驛取得原始波型資料,進行定位分析,以改善商用數位電驛有時在故障發生時無法正確定位故障距離。 本文首先介紹由本實驗室已開發的故障定位演算法及故障電流波形視窗區間選擇,分析求解不具穩態相量區間故障案例,使故障指標D值與故障距離更加精確,並套用至實際案例驗證。 另外,本文研究探討69kV以下配電網路中運用有限的量測單位之故障定位,提出了基於線路串聯阻抗及有限量測單元的技術來定位配電網路中的故障區段,使用MATLAB/SIMULINK進行模擬,建立一個依據IEEE 33-Bus配電系統為基礎之系統,探討故障阻抗大小與故障區段關係。 Electric system is formed by power generation, distribution and transmission. Power transmission performs in large scales and long distances. And it is the artery of the power system, which consists of underground and overhead cables, and various wire diameters. Power distribution system mainly distributes power to consumers as commercial buildings, factories, individuals etc. This thesis will be focusing on fault positioning algorithm for distribution system with high voltage transmission cables over 345kV and primary transmission cables under 69kV and 161kV. Position analyzing original waveform data obtained from Taiwan Power Company digital relays, to improve the occasionally failure of locating faults distance in commercial use digital relays. This thesis will first introduces a fault locating algorithm developed by this lab and an interval choice in fault current waveform for analyzing unsteady phasor interval failure cases to precise the distance between fault locations and the failure index value D, and applies into practical examples . Moreover, this thesis will also be studying distribution network under 69kV using a limited measure unit of fault locating, bringing up technology based on circuit series resistant and limited measure unit for locating fault intervals in distribution network. Using Matlab/Simulink for simulations, build a system based on IEEE 33-bus benchmark system, to study the relationship between the value of failure resistant and fault intervals . |
