| dc.description.abstract | 在政府的新南向政策下,台灣企業也順勢希望能在智慧城市新興市場找到藍海的出路,而隨著全球供應鏈重整,東協及南亞國家等新興國家迅速崛起,而同為亞太地區的重要成員,臺灣的經濟發展與區域內許多國家具有高度關聯性,國內的企業也不應該缺席。而對資通訊產業Information and Communication Technology(ICT)系統整合商而言,潛在的新興市場就是東南亞許多開發中國家正如火如荼推動的智慧城市Smart City市政建設,而發展智慧城市時,最基本的重要工作就是要先有完善的資通訊基礎設施ICT Infrastructure,或者是Smart Infrastructure,包含建設無線城市的通訊環境及有線的通訊環境,在智慧城市發展過程中,經由各項基礎設施的智慧化,資通訊網路的建設思維也會開始改變,而這些資通訊基礎建設必須由政府出面引導建設,以「公共建設的思維」來建設,提供中央與地方政府、城市與城市之間所需的通訊網路平臺,而這也是每個市民與這個城市溝通的平臺,有些是國家型計劃,不僅攸關每個城市的競爭力,也跟每個生活在城市裡的市民息息相關。
本研究透過實際個案研究,探討智慧城市新興市場的創新商業模式與多元的夥伴策略,針對海外新興市場、尤其是東南亞智慧城市新興市場來進行研究,透過研究個案的企業經營策略和產業競爭模式的探討,期能幫國內的系統整合商在面對新興市場時,找出因應的創新商業模式與企業間合作共贏的夥伴策略。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Following the government’s “New Southbound Policy” ,Taiwanese enterprises wish to find out their “blue oceans” in the overseas emerging markets. As an important member in the Asia-Pacific region, the economy development of Taiwan shares deep connection with many of those within the same region. When the global supply chain is reshaping and emerging market is rising in those countries in the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) and Southern Asia, Taiwanese companies should not to miss those new potential opportunities. The Executive Yuan had unveiled a plan to promote the New Southbound Policy that aims to strengthen Taiwan’s trade and economic ties with members of the ASEAN and South Asian countries, as well as New Zealand and Australia. Under the plan, the government will integrate the resources and strengths of the public and private sectors to initiate a new mutually beneficial model of cooperation and to form an economic community with those countries.
For the system integrators of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) companies and the ICT enterprises, the emerging market is inside of those potential opportunities of civil construction of smart city infrastructure ASEAN developing countries. To reach the goal of a smart city, the first step is to complete ICT infrastructure, which includes building both wireless communication environment and fiber optical network for the city. The application of data coming from the data collection and feedback of each infrastructure through information and communication systems will also change the thinking on the construction of communication network. This is one of the reasons why there are reconstructions of communication network at many cities by their governments in recent years. For ICT infrastructure mentioned above, the Government normally is playing the role to lead the Building Program of smart city infrastructure with the mindset of public facilities and infrastructure works. In a smart city, the government provides a public platform for each citizen to communicate with the city. Building a smart city is not only a National Program of Central Government, but also deeply concerned with the competitiveness of each city and the quality of every citizen’s life. This study aims to realize and learn the innovative business models and the strategies of partnership through real cases study of smart city infrastructure, and then to further study on how Taiwanese system integrators to make decision to adopt the proper business model and the best strategy of partnership with win-win mindset in overseas emerging markets, especially those in the South-Eastern Asia region. | en |
