標題: 影響我國青商會組織變革之關鍵成功因素

摘要: 國際青年商會(Junior Chamber International, JCI)在全世界超過100個會員國分佈在世界各地,而台灣於西元1951年成立國際青年商會中華民國總會,至2017年統計台灣青商總會共有154個分會,7000多位的現職會員及20幾萬名超齡會員。青商會的至高理想「訓練自己、服務人群」,為鼓勵青年服務社會、創造事業,發揚傑出成就,自民國52年開始舉辦「十大傑出青年」選拔,至今已經56屆成效卓越。每年青商會召開全國會員代表大會選舉總會會長、副總會長、理事、監事,已擁有嚴謹的管理制度及各項活動計畫維持青商會的機能運作,然而現今的社會不斷地求新求變,若青商會只堅持原本的運作方式而不順應時勢有所變化將令人擔憂,本研究所選擇的訪談對象為青商會成員及其專業領域者及其各社團領導人,且有擔任要職之經驗。訪談項目有基本資料、加入社團或專業領域之時間、於社團或專業領域所擔任的職務及對於組織變革提出建議。調查總計徵詢45人次,共計30份有效問卷,28名受訪者表示贊成組織變革,2名受訪者表示不同意。結果顯示台灣青商會組織變革總會應精簡工作,分會應強化會員養成訓練。本篇研究奠定未來的台灣青商會組織變革的基礎,利用深度訪談法找到組織變革須改善之原因及方法,期許未來台灣青商會能因此而更進一步,為社會創造更美好的明天。
The Junior Chamber International (JCI) has a total of 119 member countries distributed around the world. The International Junior Chamber of the Republic of China (ROC) was established in Taiwan in 1951. It has 154 chapters and has more than 2 hundred ten thousand current numbers in 2017. The highest goal of the JCI is “self-training and serving other” and also to encourage young people to serve the community, to create careers, and to carry out outstanding achievements. “Ten Outstanding Youngsters” selection has been held since 1963 and has achieved remarkable results for 56 sessions. The National Association of Member convene the president, directors, and supervisors each year. It has a strict management system and plans for various activities to maintain the functioning of the JCI. However, today’s society is constantly seeking new changes. It is worrisome for the Chambers to insist only on the original mode of operation but not to adapt to changes. The interviewees selected in this study are members of the JCI, their professional fields, the leaders of their respective communities, and their experience in leading positions. The interviews include the basic information, time for joining a community and professional field, positions held in a community, professional field, and suggestions for organizational change. A total of 45 consultations were conducted in the survey.It comes to the result of a total of 30 valid questionnaires, while 28 respondents expressed their support for organizational change and 2 respondents disagreed. The results show that the JCI’s organizational reforms should be streamlined and the chapters should strengthen membership training. To conclude, this study lays the foundation for future changes in the organization of the JCI, and uses in-depth interviews to find out the reasons and methods for organizational change to be improved. We believe that the JCI will be able to go further and create a better tomorrow for the society.
