dc.description.abstract | 臺灣的電子產業經歷了近四十年的發展過程與演進,早期廠商僅能做組裝半成品出口,到現在已有能力提供電子專業製造服務 (Electronic Manufacturing Services, EMS),或者又稱為專業電子代工服務 (Electronic Contract Manufacturing, ECM)。完整的產業鏈在上、中、下游專業細緻分工下,讓台灣在全球的電子產業中擁有強勁的競爭力,並且佔有不可或缺的重要地位。
本研究特別著墨於電子產業的中游「被動電子元件製造產業」之發展策略研究,透過對產業與個案的剖析,瞭解此產業中各個製造商競爭激烈的情形。本研究尤其針對被動元件中的高壓積層陶瓷電容器產業進行探討,高壓積層陶瓷電容器是所有電容器種類中屬於利潤與技術門檻較高的,然而亦面臨紅海競爭,如何從紅海市場突圍是廠商必須面對的課題。經過對高壓電容器產業與個案在競爭與產品成敗決策因素分析,本研究認為唯有透過訂定清楚的業績權責劃分模式以及實際可達成的經營策略,避免在未來的決策中判斷錯誤而導致公司營運陷入險境,才是成功之道。本研究之主要成果如下: 一、透過分析個案失敗的產品開發流程,提出開發新產品所需解決的問題以及改善後的開發流程步驟。在未來新產品線的開發上,建議應與客戶需求相結合,才能提升生產效率,避免不必要的研發浪費。 二、透過價值鏈分析、商業模式分析與SWOT分析,提出個案未來可發展的經營策略。 三、被動元件需靠新興應用,才能找到產品出海口。近年來,物聯網與車用電子的需求產生,本研究提出針對高壓電容器的新興市場佈局策略及後勤系統支援分工體系,以新生態系統之建立為未來發展策略,提升企業於產業中的競爭力。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Taiwan electronics industry has been undergoing ceaselessly the process of development and transformation for the past forty years. In contrast to the limited ability of making only assembled semi-finished goods for the export in the early days, the manufacturer is now capable of offering Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS), also known as Electronic Contract Manufacturing (ECM). Under the professional, elaborate division of labor of upstream, midstream, and downstream (precise industry segment), the complete industrial chain enables Taiwan to not only develop strong competitive strength but also occupy an important place in global electronics industry.
This study specifically puts emphasis on exploring the development strategies of “midstream: manufacture of electronic passive components” of electronics industry, and try understanding the highly competitive situation among the manufacturers of this industry through the analysis of the industry itself and individual case. This research makes a particular approach to the industry of “high-voltage multilayer ceramic capacitor” of the electronic passive components whose profit and technical threshold are relatively higher among all capacitor types. However, as the Red Ocean competition is getting fiercer, how to break out of the Red Sea Market becomes the most important matter that all manufacturers must deal with. After conducting factor analysis of high-voltage capacitor industry and case in competition and both positive and negative product decision-making, this study assumes that it is only by stipulating clear business achievement and responsibility partition mode together with the authentically accomplishable competitive strategies which help to avoid misjudgments for management decisions that lead to poor operation of the company can the avenue to success be sought. The main results of this research are listed as follow: 1.Through the analysis of the case which holds unsuccessful product development procedure, we put forward some problems which need to be solved during the development of a new product in order to improve the follow-up development process. As for the development of new product line in the oncoming future, we suggest that the requirements of the clients should be integrated to enhance production efficiency while avoid unnecessary R&D waste. 2.Through value chain analysis, business model analysis, and SWOT analysis, we propose several potential competitive strategies that the case can develop in the future. 3.It is only by the practice of renovation and application that the export potential of product for passive devices can successfully be found. As the demands for Internet of Things and automobile electronics has increased during the recent years, this study proposes the layout policy and logistic systematic support division aiming at the emerging market of high-voltage capacitor so as to enhance firm competitiveness in the industry based on the future development strategy of the establishment of new ecosystem. | en |
