蘇軾的思鄉情懷

Abstract

本論文以探討蘇軾的個體情感為出發，經由對其作品與生平的研究，意圖分析蘇軾思鄉情懷的呈現與變化。第一章「緒論」，說明全文主旨與研究方法、篇章架構等。第二章「鄉思的體現」，經由幾個重點面向，探討蘇軾思鄉之情的具體表現。第三章「出處之間的掙扎」，探討蘇軾如何依違於出處之間，造成思鄉卻又不得歸鄉的情感張力。第四章「吾歸何處？──鄉思的擺盪」，則是分析蘇軾在各個時期之中對於歸鄉態度的發展與轉變，並且探討蘇軾如何由理性與感性之兩端面對自身的思鄉情感。第五章「結論」，點出蘇軾的性格之中雖有超脫曠達的一面，卻是立基於他對於情感的執著與掙扎，並且說明，藉由思鄉情懷此一主題的探討，得以更為深入具體地了解蘇軾的人格特質。

This thesis aims to explore Su Shi’s emotional world and researches Su’s life and works in an attempt to analyze expressions of and changes in Su’s nostalgia for his home. The first chapter of the thesis, the “Introduction,” explains the main purpose of the thesis as well as the research methodology employed in the work, chapter breakdowns, etc. The second chapter, “Embodiments of Nostalgia,” uses several important features of Su Shi’s life and work to discuss specific expressions of his nostalgia for home. The third chapter, “The Struggle between Leaving and Staying,” explores how Su hesitates between leaving home and staying there, creating an emotional tension in which he misses his home but is unable to return to it. The fourth chapter, “Where Should I Return To? —The Vacillations of Nostalgia,” analyzes developments and changes in Su’s attitude about returning home during different periods of his life. The chapter also explores how Su uses reason/rationality and emotion to deal with his nostalgia. The fifth chapter, the “Conclusion,” points out that, although Su Shi’s personality includes a portion that is detached from the world and open-minded, this kind of behavior is nevertheless built upon his dedication to and his struggle with his emotions. The conclusion also explains that, by exploring the nostalgia for home theme, we can more deeply and specifically understand Su Shi’s personality.
