| dc.description.abstract | 近年來，我國養殖技術的進步與進口水產品的進口量持續增加，國人對進口魚類與國產養殖魚類的需求情況，已經與文獻中所提及的現象產生變化。因此，本研究的主要研究目的包括：建立國內主要國產與進口水產品之需求體系模型、檢視國產與進口水產品因價量變化，而形成替代、互補關係，以及分析影響需求關係之因素。在採用2006年1月至2016年12月的月資料，以及近似理想需求體系之建立下，本研究以近似無相關迴歸法進行參數之推估。其中，需求體系中的國內養殖業水產品包括吳郭魚、虱目魚與鱸魚，而進口水產品則包括大西洋鮭魚與大比目魚。實證結果發現，目前消費者對國產水產品仍有相當的依賴程度，由自身彈性的數值顯示吳郭魚為我國消費者主要的採購消費魚種。儘管如此，在需求體係的五種水產品之中，支出係數與支出彈性的數值均顯示，大比目魚是五項水產品中唯一的奢侈品。最後，值得注意的是，由於虱目魚的供給容易受到季節性的變化，此現象對虱目魚的預算份額造成明顯的波動變化。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | In recent years, the aquaculture technology is improved and the imported aquatic products are continuously increasing. It is found that the demand for aquatic products from domestic and imported ones have been different from those mentioned in literatures. Therefore, the main objectives of the study are to establish the demand system consisting of domestic and imported aquaculture products in Taiwan, to examine the substitutive or supplementary relationships among aquaculture products mentioned above due to the changes between prices and quantities demanded, and to analyze the factors affecting demands. Through the monthly data from January 2006 to December 2016 and the model of the almost ideal demand system (AIDS), the methodology of seemingly unrelated regression (SUR) is applied for estimation. In addition, the aquaculture products in AIDS include tilapia, milkfish and bass from Taiwan aquaculture industry, and Atlantic salmon and halibut from imports. The empirical results show that consumers quietly rely on domestic aquatic products. Additionally, the own-price elasticity in tilapia indicates that tilapia is the main kind of fish for purchase and consumption. Nevertheless, both the expenditure coefficient and elasticity of halibut indicate that it is expensive and a luxury product among five products in the model. Finally, it is worth being mentioned that the volatility of budget share in milkfish is significant due to being prone to seasonality in supply. | en |
