| 摘要: | 近年來綠能發展一直是台灣關注的議題之一,目前風力發電在台灣的投資逐漸從陸域移往離岸發展,面對離岸發電如此龐大的建設與投資,台灣企業如何透過政府投入資金建設的同時,帶動台灣產業鏈的同步成長。此篇論文主要分析全球鑄造產業目前的市場概況,產業的未來發展情況,而面對台灣政府預計要將風力發電在地化,而Y公司是否可以透過產業在地化的政策,進而進入全球風電產業的全球供應鏈。透過分析全球風力鑄造供應鏈的發展情況,Y公司如進入風電市場,其策略規劃與競爭分析、產業成功要素及差異化的策略,都將成為未來企業發展的重要藍圖。 The development of green energy has been one of the important topics of Taiwan in recent years, at present, the investment of wind power in Taiwan is gradually moving from onshore to offshore. Facing such huge construction and investment of power generation plan, how can Taiwan enterprises follow the government construction and growing together, also lead the simultaneous growth of Taiwan's industrial chain. This article will analyze the current market situation of the global foundry industry, and the future development of the casting industry. To see if the government expected to localized wind power supplier chain in Taiwan, How Y company can through the localization policy, and get into the global wind power Industry's global supply chain. The research will use case study to analyze the global wind casting supply chain, to know its strategic plan, core competence, industry success factors, and how Y company to develop their differentiated strategies entry the wind power market, this study will become an important blueprint for future business development. |
