dc.description.abstract | Agriculture is a key economic industry in Thailand for decades. This industry is perceived as old fashion among local Thais. Currently, Thailand has combined agriculture with tourism; agritourism, in order to help the agricultural business owners and related field suffering from financial burden. To attract urban family with kids, majority living in Bangkok, in order to encourage the kids to stay out from screens for a while and play with the nature.
This leisure farm business plan in Thailand is a business targeting to urban adults who are seeking for pleasure during weekend. The farm will cover from farming, hobby workshops, food & drinks and accommodation. The business plan starts from the industry background and business opportunities. The competitor analysis covers both direct and indirect competitors. In addition, five forces model and SWOT analysis are applied to analyze market and industry. The consumer research helps to study about the customer perception, behavior and expectation toward the industry. Marketing mixes is implemented to describe business landscape. In the last part, financial forecast is shown to predict the business feasibility. | en |
