摘要: | 基於授權輔助接取LTE(License-Assisted Access, LAA)之小型基地台(Small Cell)與無線網路熱點(Wi-Fi Access Point)共存之異質網路(Heterogeneous Networks)系統架構,使LAA和Wi-Fi兩種網路協定可以共享免授權頻譜(Unlicensed Band),以提供LTE的行動用戶更高的頻寬效率。然而,當LAA和Wi-Fi在異質網路中使用相同的免授權頻譜時,彼此將會相互影響,造成LAA和Wi-Fi的網路服務品質(Quality of Service, QoS)下降。因此,免授權頻譜之資源分配是一項相當重要的議題。本論文為此LAA/Wi-Fi共存的異質網路提出一種全局系統之分析模型,再分別於單頻段和多頻段的情況,提出免授權頻譜的資源分配技術,以及相對應的緩衝機制。我們計算LAA和Wi-Fi的封包接收率,以進行免授權頻譜分配技術的效能評估,並進行模擬驗證。本研究為LAA小型基地台的通道佔用及緩衝機制之參數設計提供指引方針。 Based on the license-assisted access (LAA) small cell architecture, LAA coexisting with Wi-Fi heterogeneous networks provide LTE mobile users with high-bandwidth efficiency as the unlicensed channels are shared by the LAA and Wi-Fi. However, the LAA and Wi-Fi will affect each other when both systems are using the same unlicensed channel in these heterogeneous networks. In such a network, unlicensed band allocation for LAA and Wi-Fi is an important issue that may significantly affect the quality of service (QoS) of both systems. We propose a global system analytical model to study the unlicensed band allocations for the LAA/Wi-Fi heterogeneous networks in the single band and multi-band and propose the corresponding buffering mechanisms. We evaluated the performance for these unlicensed band allocation schemes in terms of the acceptance rate of both LAA and Wi-Fi packet data and conducted simulation experiments. Our study provides guidelines for designing the channel occupation phase and the buffer size of LAA small cells. |
