Abstract: | 本實驗研究彈性半圓球殼振動陀螺儀之行為,利用壓電材料之機電轉換特性其驅動與感測方式,做為半圓球殼陀螺儀的致動器與感測器,以持振迴路激發半圓球殼陀螺儀以第一模態即(2,1)模態持續共振,當旋轉時此模態因受到科氏力作用的影響,會產生模態漂移現象,再以抑制振動迴路將模態拉回原位,量測抑制振動迴路之訊號振幅變化量與旋轉角速度的關係,實驗結果節點抑制振動之訊號電壓變化值與所施加之角速度關係呈直線性關係,本實驗則以謝發華博士所分析推導之壓電驅動半圓球殼振動陀螺儀進行實驗驗證。最後加上一積分電路,以量測半圓球殼陀螺儀所旋轉的角度變化。 This paper is experimental study of piezoelectrically actuated hemispherical resonator gyro.The study main apply metallic hemispherical resonator gyro which is diven and sense by piezoelectric material,and to propel the first mode,and input the angular velocity, to measure angular velocity and node's voltage change signal relationship. This paper to base on Fa-Hwa Hsieh, Ph.D.'s doctor dissertation of analysis result, then carry on the experiment to verify. Finally, this paper add integral circuit to measure the rotate angle. |
