| dc.description.abstract | 本論文主要探討回授網路對微波振盪器之不穩定性分析,藉由回授電晶體網路之S11及S22分析其不穩定性,並分別探討串接及並接回授網路。首先於第二章,從阻抗矩陣分析串接回授電晶體網路之不穩定性,以及從導納矩陣分析並接回授電晶體網路之不穩定性,最後於第三章,以散射矩陣分析串接及並接回授電晶體網路,並以範例說明分析公式以及使用Aglient之ADS微波電路模擬軟體模擬各回授電晶體網路之不穩定性,其結果可作為設計微波振盪器之參考。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | This thesis is mainly to discuss instability of the feedback network in a microwave oscillator, and analyze it with the use S11 and S22 of a feedback transistor network. In Chapter 2, the impedance matrix is used to analyze the instability of a series feedback transistor oscillator. Then, the admittance matrix is used to analyze the instability of a parallel feedback transistor oscillator. In Chapter 3, scattering matrix is used to analyze the instability of both series and parallel feedback transistor oscillators. Numerical examples are simulated using Agilent ADS software to verify the analyses. Microwave oscillator designers can find the usefulness of the developed results. | en |
