| dc.description.abstract | 本研究以問卷調查瞭解國內擁有智慧型手機者使用行動圖書館服務之情況，並以科技接受模式分析其使用意圖。同時在科技接受模式之知覺有用性、知覺好用性、使用態度、使用意圖中引進圖書館服務價值和智慧型手機知覺好用性兩個外部變數。
研究結果發現，使用過行動圖書館服務之受訪者以學生居多。受訪者認為需要的行動圖書館服務項目以功能性項目為主，且使用上多是目的性使用。並且使用時間與頻率皆短暫，使用目的達到後即刻離開不會多做停留。以科技接受模式探討行動圖書館服務使用意圖研究結果發現，「圖書館服務價值」對「知覺有用性」有顯著影響，假設一成立；「智慧型手機知覺好用性」對「知覺好用性」有顯著影響，假設二成立；「智慧型手機知覺好用性」對「使用態度」沒有顯著影響，假設三不成立；「知覺好用性」對「知覺有用性」有顯著影響，假設四成立；「知覺好用性」對「使用態度」有顯著影響，假設五成立；「知覺有用性」對「使用態度」有顯著影響，假六設成立；「知覺有用性」對「使用意圖」沒有顯著影響，假設七不成立；「使用態度」對「使用意圖」有顯著影響，假設八成立。 本研究根據研究發現提出五點建議，供圖書館提供行動圖書館服務之參考，建議包括行動圖書館服務統計分析、不使用行動圖書館服務之行為調查分析、推廣及宣傳、設計更友善的行動圖書館服務介面、創造使用行動圖書館服務之需求。 | zh_TW |
