摘要: | 雨水資源,在21世紀是能源燃料也是戰略物資,但其面臨著枯竭和污染等危機,凸顯出有必要即刻著手對雨水資源提出因應保育策略和污染改善工作。台灣山坡地環境存在著以排水思維進行開發,以致每每遇到小降雨事件時,此些降下的珍貴雨水資源,還來不及滲透進入到地下前,就被集中到不透水水泥山溝快速排除之。長期下來,位處重要地下水補注區的山坡地,將因無法獲得帶有溶氧的雨水之補注,因而阻礙了污染物在地下水中進行氧化還原作用,如此惡性循環下,終將使地下水質的自淨能力喪失。面對扮演第一道雨水資源保育防線,和補注地下水源頭的山坡地,如何增加雨水資源保育量和改善地下水污染二課題,為本研究之重點。
因應前述研究課題,本研究內容在坡地雨水資源保育策略課題上,針對不同坡面地形型態,研提了:「就地滲透(In-site infiltration)」、「阻泥內傾(Incline - block)」和「之字迴流(Z-type return)」三種對策對應之;在地下水污染改善課題上,則以對人體健康具有構成威脅的「砷」為研究標的,探討在經採取前述雨水資源保育策略後,其所增加之地下水補注量,對污染改善之成效檢討之。研究證實,應用本研究所提之坡地雨水資源保育策略的坡地社區,在規劃設計後比規劃設計前確實可獲得更多雨水保育量,相對的增加了地下水中的溶氧量,有助地下水層形成不利於砷釋出的氧化環境,進而改善緩和地下水的砷污染。 Rain water resource is the fuel energy also one of the most important strategic materials of the 21st century. Rainwater resource is now facing the crisis of depletion and pollution. This highlights the urgent need for developing rainwater conservation strategies and of pollution improvements. The Taiwan slope land has been developed under the thinking of draining rainwater effectively. During each small rain event, the rainwater is collected quickly into the impermeable concrete drainage channels and drained away before it can be infiltrated into the ground. In the long run, the slope land which is the important ground water recharge area, can not be recharged by rainwater with dissolved oxygen, hence the redox reactions of pollutants in the groundwater are discouraged consequently. As the result of this vicious circle, the ground water loses its ability of self-cleaning. This study is focused on slope land to increase the amount of rainwater conservation and improvements of groundwater pollution, as the front line of defense for rainwater conservation and ground water recharge. In response to these research issues, for the slope land rainwater conservation strategy, this study proposed three infiltration schemes according to the different slope types: In-site infiltration, Incline-block and Z-type return. For the groundwater pollution improvement issue, this study focuses on “arsenic “ as the research target which poses treat to human health. The improvements of pollution are discussed after the measures taken for the rainwater conservation strategy and the increase of the groundwater recharge. The research proves that in a slope land community which adopted the proposed rainwater conservation strategies, has increased the amount of site rainwater resources and also relatively increased the dissolved oxygen in groundwater. This helps the formation of an oxidizing environment of groundwater which is not conducive to the release of arsenic, thereby helps to mitigate the arsenic contamination of groundwater. |
