摘要: | 在研發新產品的過程中,人們不太可能不計成本地嘗試各種可能性,因此便有人開始將各種條件加注於程式的設定當中,利用虛擬世界中較高的可塑性來評估設計上可能會碰到的問題以及最後效果的好壞。這種利基於程式上的分析尤其常用於光學上且已行之有年,市面上的套裝軟體亦不斷修正,使得人們不斷地逼近實際的情況,因此模擬出來的結果更具有參考價值。
本論文主要可以分成兩大主題,分別利用不同軟體的特長針對光學中的兩大範疇(成像和照明)進行分析。在第一個主題中,我們利用成像軟體分析微投影機在抬頭顯示器中應用時的各種情境,並且把此模型實體化得到相當的效果;在第二個主題中,我們利用了照明分析軟體來評估側向入光的導光板表面上的微結構所造成的光線逸散之分布,用以評估未來實體化時的設計走向。 When people do a research on a new product, they are not able to try the all possibilities without considering its cost. Hence, people start to set different kinds of parameters into computer program. By using the computer program, people use the higher plasticity inside the virtual world to estimate the difficult on design and observe the result. The analysis based on computer program has been used for a while. The company of the commercial program continually corrects mistakes in the software. This makes people be able to approach the real situation when simulating, so the result of simulation is more worth to be referred to. In this thesis, two optical systems are included. We base on the specifics of two different kinds of software to analysis the image forming and the general lighting condition respectively. The first part is using an image forming simulation program to analysis the micro projector type head-up display system and realizing it with similar result. The second part is using luminance analysis program to estimate the leakage of micro structures on the surface of a waveguide with light source pumping at its edge. This analysis is useful for deciding how to realize this product. |
