dc.description.abstract在現代醫學領域中,針灸(Acupuncture)算是一門古老又有趣的科學,歷經數千年的經驗,非常廣泛應用在臨床醫療上。但對於一般患者來說卻也有不便之處,例如患者必須忍受針灸所帶來的痠麻脹痛,醫師在使用針灸治療患者時也因捻針或提針耗損元氣。若使用雷射針灸(Laser acupuncture,Aculaser)代替傳統針灸使用的針具,可使針灸更被一般大眾所接受。
本研究的目的是製作一台雷射針灸儀,並評估對於人體十二經絡穴位照射後人體產生反應,雷射針灸儀的設計使用波長808nm近紅外線半導體雷射二極體,適用於較深的穴位,並利用微處理器控制治療輸出功率、頻率與時間,功率的設計可調10、20、30、40、50、60mW能量,操作頻率設計可調10、20、30、40、50、60Hz,使用時間控制以5分鐘為一間隔,可操作5、10、15分鐘。固定材料使用醫療繃帶並搭配銅片固定於體表上,銅片可帶走雷射二極體產生的熱,使雷射二極體不易損壞。
實驗分為針對個別分析與多人綜合平圴效益的結果來評估雷射針灸對人體產生之療效。實驗結果顯示雷射針灸照射治療後,人體體溫可上升1∼2°C,主要是雷射二極體產生的能量被生物組織水分子吸收產生共振之效果,被吸收的光加劇生物分子本身的震動和轉動,分子的運動加劇使受照射的局部組織逐漸變熱,以升溫形式表現出來,特別是組織細胞內含有多種色素,更增加光能的吸收,促進生物組織變化。神經受到刺激,腦波a波會呈現興奮且副交感神經興奮度上升,交感神經興奮度下降,導致心跳變慢,毛細血管逐漸擴張,內皮細胞會放出一氧化氮、前列環素以及內皮源性過極化因子三種物質,達到肌肉纖維放鬆而降低肌肉緊繃並讓人體呈現放鬆狀態,減低全血黏度、血漿黏度、血小板聚集能力,血液較前清淡,良導絡經絡平均能量皆有上升(顯示身體有明顯獲得改善) ,人體元氣指數上升,精神活動力提高,新陳代謝狀態增加,自律神經系統較前良好,元氣指數較弱之臟腑達到補益的效果。

dc.description.abstractIn the modern medical science realm, apuncture be regarded as an ancient old and interesting science, experience successively thousands of years of experience, the very extensive application is on the clinical medical treatment. But there is also inconvenient to general sufferer, for example the sufferer must bear with to apuncture the sore hemp bulge brought a pain, doctor while using to puncture to cure a sufferer also because of needle or lift needle loss vitality. If the use Laser apunctures(Laser acupuncture, Aculaser) the needle of replacing the tradition acupuncture use to have, it can make puncture be even accepted by the general public.
The purpose of this research is to manufacture a Laser to apuncture an instrument, and evaluates for the human body 12 veins and arteries acupuncture points project light upon the posterity body produce reaction, the Laser apunctures near infrared semi-conductor Laser of the design use wave-length 808 nm of instrument diode, be applicable to deeper acupuncture points, and make use of a microprocessor control treatment exportation power, frequency and time, the design of power adjustable 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 mW energy, operate frequency to design an adjustable 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 Hzs, use time to control to take 5 minutes as one partition, can operate for 5, 10, 15 minutes. Fix the material use medical bandage and match a copper to fix on the body form, the copper can take the heat of Laser diode creation, and Laser diode doesn't easily damage.
The experiment is been divided into the result aiming at the comprehensive even efficiency of individual analytical and many person to evaluate Laser acupuncture to the curative effect of human body creation. The experiment shows as a result after Laser acupuncture projects lights upon treatment, the human body body temperature can rise 1~2 ° C, mainly is Laser diode the energy of creation living creature organization humidity son absorb creation resonance of effect, the light of absorbability turns worse the vibration of living creature numerator and turns, exercise of the numerator turns worse to make is projected light upon of part organization become gradually the heat comes out by heating a form performance and especially organizes cell to contain various dyes, more increment light ability of absorption, promote living creature organization variety. The nerve is subjected to incitement, the brain wave a wave will present excitement and parasympathetic nerve excitement degree rising, the sympathetic nerves excitement degree descends and causes the heartbeat become slowly, the hair thin blood vessel extends gradually, inside the skin cell will let out an and oxidize nitrogen, front row wreath vegetable and inside the skin source over very turn factor three kinds of materials, reach a muscle fiber and relax and reduce a muscle and draw tight and let the human body present and relax status, turn down whole blood sticky degree and blood plasma sticky degree and blood platelets come together ability, blood more front light, good lead a net of veins and arteries the average energy all have a rising(show that the body obviously acquired an improvement), the human body vitality index number rises, the spirit movable power raises, the metabolism status increases, self-discipline nervous system more front good, the vitality index number weaker internal organs reaches a benefit of effect.
