虛擬桌面服務經營策略之研究：以A公司個案為例

Abstract

現有雲端運算服務下如何開創新的發展機會，早已成為產業界關注的焦點，由全球雲端運算商機來看，SaaS服務規模最大，未來以軟體來提供服務是台灣業者可先行跨入之領域，但SaaS服務之範圍較大，於眾多SaaS服務中，虛擬桌面服務為近年剛剛興起之服務，虛擬桌面它是一個軟體介面，連接雲端服務中之雲服務和用戶的終端，再加上它能讓使用者容易的使用各種應用軟體服務，也讓企業達到集中管控，進而達到降低管理成本並提升安全性的目標。 故未來的發展有可能改變現在企業界的IT架構，由使用個人電腦或筆記型電腦之架構，演進為虛擬桌面服務架構，雖然有一些研究在探討其技術發展，但是經營策略才是更形重要，且目前較少有論文探討其經營策略，所以本論文的主旨是希望能找出虛擬桌面服務之經營策略，期待研究結論能給企業管理者於思考虛擬桌面之經營策略時提供參考。 本論文希冀以收集經營策略、雲端服務及虛擬桌面之文獻，然後探討分析以及利用策略規劃程序，找出研究理論和研究架構，接著嘗試去找出虛擬桌面之經營策略理論架構，並以新創A公司為研究範例輔以驗證，找出其虛擬桌面服務經營策略。

Under the current cloud computing services how to create development business opportunities, have become a focus of industry, judging by the global cloud computing business, one of cloud computing business model SaaS which has the best of cloud computing business opportunities, coming with the software to provide services are suggested for Taiwan businesses into the area, but SaaS range is widely, in many SaaS Services, virtual desktop services is emerging in recent years, virtual desktop which is a medium, application cloud connect cloud services and devices, it can provide easy to use application, central management, security features. Therefore, future developments could change the present business IT Schema, by using PC or notebook computer of schema, evolution for virtual desktop service schema, while has some research in discussion its technology development, but business management strategy is more shaped important, and currently less has papers discussion its business management strategy, so this papers of thrust is to find virtual desktop service of business management strategy, then to a new create company for cases to for analysis validation, turn will to this mode provides to enterprise operators for business management strategy of reference. This paper hopes to collect documentation of management strategy, cloud services and virtual desktop service, and then explores the analysis and use of the strategic planning process, identify research theory and research framework, then try to find the virtual desktop management strategy theory of architecture and new ventures A Company as a research paradigm to be accompanied by verification.
