dc.description.abstract | 由於環保意識高漲,綠色設計成為產品開發中重要的一部分。拆卸規劃為綠色設計中一項關鍵的因素,拆卸規劃用於增加零件的再使用、再製造、以及回收的比率。然而,大部分產品仍以手動的方式進行拆卸,因此,產品進行拆卸時需付出較昂貴的成本,而拆卸規劃正是用於妥善規劃拆卸過程並減少成本。本研究結合拆卸規劃以及成本效益分析,並規劃最少成本的拆卸以讓零件進行再使用、再製造、以及回收等產品生命週期末期(End-of-Life, EOL)之處理方式。而本研究進行之方法包含使用者介面,使用者依照產品輸入資訊於使用者介面後,介面利用產品資訊,規劃最佳的產品拆卸序列。本研究利用雙目標最佳化之概念規劃拆卸最佳停止點,在環境衝擊與拆卸利潤中取得最佳的平衡。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | Due to growing concern for the environment protection, green design is becoming an important part of product development. Disassembly planning is a key element of green design. Disassembly planning is used to increase component reuse, remanufacturing, and recycling. In addition, most products are still disassembled manually. As a result, disassembly is very expensive. Disassembly planning is used to reduce disassembly costs. This thesis combines disassembly planning and cost-benefit analysis to create minimum-cost disassembly plans for component reuse, remanufacturing, and recycling. The method has a user interface. Users can input product data. The method uses the product data to find an optimal product disassembly sequence. The method uses a dual-objective optimization function to determine the optimal stopping point for removing components from a product to achieve an optimal balance between environmental impacts and financial benefits. | en |
