| dc.description.abstract | 旋扭是生活及工作上不可缺少之動作。但隨年齡增高、手腕肌力可能退化,影響日常生活旋扭之功能。目前所見之手腕肌力檢測評估尚無扭力(torque)之量化。本研究希望建立一套評估扭力之方法,以期能對手腕肌力之退化或網球肘之診斷有所貢獻。本研究以自製之平台、模具搭配FUTEK MODEL TDF400 扭力計架構出測試系統。並搭配自製之訊號放大電路,和藍牙開發模組結合,以iPad作為和使用者互動之介面,達成可令醫事人員攜帶測試儀器至受測者方便處進行測試之可攜性。本研究另以LabVIEW搭配資料擷取卡作為臨床實驗之平台,以六名健康志願受試者進行先期測試確認施測流程。再招募受試者施測,本實驗實際招募67名受試者,含手球羽球運動員及一般成人。結果發現隨年齡增加手腕肌力可能會受老化影響而有下降之趨勢,手球羽球訓練組之扭握力大多比一般成人組高,暗示訓練可能具有提升手腕肌力之效果。本研究開發之智慧型手腕扭力評估系統具備良好之可信度,且為一良好之可攜系統。經由先期實驗,本研究訂出測驗手腕肌力之標準流程,未來可依此標準流程進行大規模施測。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | Twist is indispensable movement in our daily life. However, twist capability may decrease with aging and will affect motion of wrist significantly. The quantitative method of evaluating twist capability is still unavailable at bedside. In this study an Intelligent Evaluation system of Wrist Twist Capability will be developed to objective evaluation of twist capability and will be applied to evaluate the aging effect of twist capability. This system consists of self-made platform, self-made molds, and FUTEK MODEL TDF400 torque sensor. It integrates this system with cc2540DK (CC2540 Development Kit) and iPad to realize the purpose of portability and cross-platform application. The research also sets up an experiment platform with LabVIEW system and DAQ card. Six subjects voluntarily participate in this preliminary study to finalize the standard testing procedure. There are 67 subjects participate in clinical trial. According to their result, a tendency of the force of twist increasing with bigger mold was found. Besides the mean value of maximal twist force in athletes was greater than that in healthy adult, and a tendency of the maximal twist force decreases with aging was also found. This platform’s intra-reliability is found good and will be applied to more subjects including those suffer from lateral humeral epicondylitis (tennis elbow) in the future clinical trial. | en |
