dc.description.abstract | 內部創業經營手法應用廣泛,國內外之企業其應用的案例不勝枚舉,一間企
業成長茁壯的同時為了企業成長與穩定及企業永續經營或給予員工自我發揮的 空間或避免離職幹部組織公司的同質競爭,就會採取內部創業的方式來解決這樣 的問題,而國內對於該策略方式有許多的討論但少見有具體實證的案例與應用及 以此為策略做為企業永續經營發展的模式討論,大多著墨於模式延伸上的探討。 本研究者以自身在大樓自動化系統整合產業的深厚實務經驗為出發點,從中以最 實際的商場經營策略之手法看起。試圖從不同的角度來探討多種類型之內部創業 模式的實際運作。 本研究透過質性研究的個案討論,對企業主創業經驗深入訪談,其企業團隊 營運上秉持對本業專業的熟悉,開發出核心技術與產品而穩定發展,還有多管道 之企業創業舞台,以母雞帶小雞的內部創業原理及水平垂直整合的方式,給予企 業團隊公司核心技術能力、產品等支援並且發展多元營業項目,過程中創業者的 智慧與能力、專業技術背景等天時地利人和是否成熟之各因素都考驗著企業如何 在競爭激烈的商業環境中生存下來,並且開創產業領域的專屬團隊。 本文討論核心聚焦在多種模式的內部創業、公司成立條件與背景及採取何種 經營策略的發展與應用,來達到提昇永續經營能力為目標等幾個面向討論起,經 營者採取先進人性與具有同理心的管理手法並以員工入股方式,凝聚員工對於企 業的向心力,同時利用成熟的基礎迅速拓展全省分公司的通路佈局之經營策略並 且尋求相關產業及設備商等合作代理、聯合採購、企業合併等策略提昇競爭力, 加上各組織相關的品牌技術、人脈、業務資源、企業文化等優勢相互支持創造永 續發展的團隊。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The enterprise provide management associate a free hand to internal entrepreneurship and avoid leaving employees compete with each other when enterprise is growing up strong and management strategy for sustainable enterprise.
Many papers discuss internal entrepreneurship and management strategy for sustainable enterprise but rarely talks about the actual cases in domestic papers. On the discussion researcher possess solid and extensive experience with automation system integration wisdom building. Researcher use different perspective to discuss internal entrepreneurship and management strategy for sustainable enterprise base on the actual market. In this study the entrepreneurs experience sharing and further in-depth interviews, the team in stable development, the use of hen chicks principle, in addition to the core technical ability to support the team and development of diversified business projects. How to survive in the hyper-competitive business nvironment test the entrepreneur’s professional technology background and a perfect match of people, time and location are mature or not. The paper is focus on multiple internal business models and business strategy for internal entrepreneurship and management strategy for sustainable enterprise. Competitiveness and sustainable management as the goal of several discussions, the operator to take advanced human and empathy with the management approach to staff shares, cohesion of employees for the enterprise's centripetal force , and search for related industries and equipment manufacturers.
