Abstract: 由於互聯網和智能手機在過去幾十年的增長,新的商機已經出現。最明顯的趨勢之一是線上市場。線上市場是一個電子商務平台,其中產品和服務由第三方商家提供,而客戶通過市場運營商進行交易。
ZOEK公司成立於2014年,其總部位於台灣。 ZOEK的產品是一款名為“FunNow” 的應用程序,目的是為有費者則提供某有趣活動最後一刻的優惠。作為客戶的市場和商家的商業顧問 ,FunNow是獨一無二的。憑藉其創新理念,公司在台北取得了巨大成功,並計劃在國際上拓展業務。由於泰國曼谷在娛樂市場規模和線上消費行為方面的潛力非常高,FunNow預計將於2017年第三季度拓展至泰國曼谷。在整個業務計劃中,將運用一些分析方法,以確定擴展到新市場的可行性。本業務計劃的主要內容為下:

Owing to the increase in the popularity of internet and smartphone use over the past few decades, new business opportunities have emerged. One of the most apparent business trends is an online marketplace or online e-commerce marketplace. Online marketplace is a type of e-commerce platform where products and services are provided by many third-party merchants while customers perform their activities via marketplace operator.
ZOEK is a startup company established in 2014, based in Taiwan. The product of ZOEK is an application named “FunNow” aiming to provide a last-minute deal of fun activities. FunNow is unique as it acts as a marketplace for customers and a business consultant for merchants. With its innovative ideas, the company has made a big success in Taipei and plan to expand the business internationally. Bangkok, Thailand is one of the high potential destinations (expected to be in operation by the third quarter of 2017) in terms of entertainment market size and online consumption behavior,
