Title: 應用巨磁阻感測器於偵測直流無刷馬達轉子位置及扭力

Abstract: 本研究目的之一首先在研究巨磁阻效應,分為電流平行膜面量測式(CIP)與電流垂直膜面量測式(CPP)兩種結構。探討其製作方法、量測與特性。設計出兩種不需使用蝕刻製程的CPP自旋閥的製作方法。利用電子束微影技術多次曝寫顯影的方式蒸鍍出SiO2奈米孔洞並隔離上下電極,以製作出柱形結構之自旋閥。另外,嘗試一種漸層式的曝寫方法以製作出低通道電阻之奈米接觸點,亦可顯示CPP自旋閥的特性,並探討後續樣品製作與量測的改善方向。
透過基礎的巨磁阻樣品製作與實驗,了解電子自旋與巨磁阻效應的關係之後,探討巨磁阻效應於感測器用途上之結構設計與應用類型。利用其方向性感測、高靈敏度、高溫度穩定性的特性優勢,將之應用在馬達磁場量測與分析上。並實際應用市售巨磁阻感測器,取代現有的馬達轉子位置的量測方法,量測永磁馬達轉子與磁阻馬達轉子之位置。並排除轉子極形與定子電流所產生的磁場干擾,解析出更為精細的轉子位置。
利用二維巨磁阻感測器所量取動態馬達槽開口氣隙磁場的資訊,可解析出轉子的極性、磁場大小與位置,及定子電流所產生的磁場大小與方向。據以判讀出交軸電流與直軸磁場的大小,推算出馬達輸出扭力。
One purpose of this paper is to study CIP and CPP GMR sample fabrication and characteristic measurement. For CPP GMR spin valve fabrication, two methods are designed by using e-beam lithography (EBL). These methods are no etching processes. One is making a nano hole by two EBL processes and deposit two SiO2 layers to isolate the upper and lower conductor. Another is using PMMA to be a isolator, and developing a gradient lithography method to make a nano contact.
Another purpose is to study GMR sensor types and applications. A commercial angular GMR sensor is used in a complex 2-D magnetic field of the BLDC motor.
Only one 2-D GMR sensor is needed in dynamic BLDC motor magnetic field measurement to analysis the rotor position, permanent-magnet field and stator q-axis component current at the different time phase and the torque can be calculated.
