Krik-Krak coffee shop wants to help the local production; therefore, we will cater to only local foods in our cafeteria. We believe that with a capacity of 200 seats, we aim to be the 1st coworking space to accommodate this amount Krik-Krak coffee shop is a partnership type of business with four significant associates. Mona Lissa Dunbar will be the leader of the project as CEO of the company. Mr. Louis, an agronomist, will help find the best quality of direct materials from our local farms to provide to our customers in our cafeteria. Mr. Franck is a broker that can ensure the clearance of our high hand technology equipment bought from abroad at a more rapid rate. The company wants to provide service to our low and high budget customers. We distribute the price in order to make sure one can feel included depending on his/her monthly revenue. We expect customers who are familiar with the coworking space to fill in the seats first. Krik-Krak coffee shop has a capacity of 200 seats. Our initial investment is around USD 518,200 in which $ 500,000 will be allocated to our capital expenditure and $ 18 200 will be given by the 3 remaining associates. We plan to break even on the 3rd quarter of the 2nd year, with a total of $ 280,248 in sales divided into 64% from coworking occupancy and 36% from selling products |
