淺析上海自貿區對中國金融行業發展的機遇和挑戰

Abstract

中國經濟飛速發展，為了順應世界經濟形勢，也為了自身的進一步發展，2013年9月成立上海自由貿易實驗區，並開放多項領域。本文先介紹上海自貿區概念與原先的上海保稅區有何分別，再進一步闡述上海自貿區對金融行業的優惠政策，分別針對各領域的政策做出分析，闡述其對中國金融業和實體經濟所產生的影響，分析未來將面臨的機遇和挑戰，並給出建議。

In order to follow the global economic trend and achieve further development, Chinese government decided to establish China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, which would be given several preferential policies in new areas in September 2013. Firstly, the thesis will distinguish between the concepts of the free trade zone and the bonded area. Secondly, it will introduce the preferential policies in financial area and make analysis about them. Thirdly, the impacts on Chinese financial sector and the real economy will be explained. Finally, the opportunities and challenges that Chinese financial industry will encounter are shown, and then recommendations are given.
