dc.description.abstract | 背景:年齡的增加會使生理、心理、社會層面逐漸邁入老化,因此中老年人的健康狀況較年輕人不佳,但是年齡和健康之間的機制並非單純可依老化相關理論來解釋,尚須探討多重層面所造成的影響。舉例而言,針對不同年齡層之福利制度預期會影響工作者的健康,以及調節老化的健康效應。依據職場健康的觀點,瞭解工作者整體年齡與健康狀況之分布有其必要性。
目的:檢視受僱者四種健康狀況指標(自評健康不佳、肌肉骨骼不適、情緒困擾、睡眠問題)在各年齡層之分布情形,並探討福利國家制度是否影響受僱者年齡與健康之相關。 方法:藉由2010年台灣「工作環境安全衛生狀況認知調查」及2010年「歐洲工作條件調查」(European Working Conditions Surveys)進行分析,研究樣本共包含21089位男性受僱者與21004位女性受僱者。 結果:台灣受僱者之年齡與自評健康不好、肌肉骨骼不適呈現顯著線性關係,其他福利國家制度也大多有相同情形。台灣受僱者36~45歲情緒困擾最嚴重,大致呈現年長受僱者較年輕受僱者具有情緒困擾的風險更低,其他福利國家制度也呈現與台灣受僱者分布相似之型態,除南歐、東歐福利制度受僱者外。睡眠問題的部分,多數福利國家制度之女性受僱者睡眠問題盛行率隨著年齡增加,但男性受僱者之睡眠問題盛行率與年齡較無關。 結論:隨著受僱者年齡增加,大部分生理健康狀況指標盛行率會上升,但心理健康問題好發於年輕及中年族群,在制定職場健康促進策略時,應考量不同年齡層之健康狀況。未來的研究需要納入與就業有關之福利制度,分析其如何緩解工作者老化所造成之影響。 | zh_TW |
