Abstract: 半導體矽智財產業(Silicon Intellectual Property ; 簡稱IP)是半導體產業的最上游產業,能夠掌握此一產業的公司其對半導體的發展將會有一定的影響力,綜觀半導體產業的發展,現今的矽智財產業多為美國企業所寡占著,而美國除了寡占矽智財產業外,更把持了EDA(Electronic design automation; 電子設計自動化)產業,甚至於整個全球半導體產業…。
本研究主要以研究個案公司---円星科技為內容,透過資料的收集、個案公司高階經理人訪談及相關產業專業人員訪談,了解円星科技的資源能力以分析其成功創新的經營策略,並就PMBA學習所得,利用學理知識針對円星科技的未來成長策略提出建議,這樣的目的是期盼在台灣的半導體產業中能有更多像円星科技一樣的公司能夠不畏艱難挑戰,開創新局,為台灣的半導體產業加添競爭能力。

Semiconductor Intellectual Property (IP) is the most upstream industry in the semiconductor industry. Companies that can master this industry will have a certain influence on the development of semiconductors. Looking at the current development of the semiconductor industry, today ’s silicon The intellectual property industry is mostly occupied by the United States, and in addition to the oligopolistic silicon intellectual property industry, the United States also controls the EDA (Electronic Design Automation; Electronic Design Automation) industry and even the entire global semiconductor industry ...
This research mainly focuses on the research of the case company --- M31 Technology. Through the collection of data, interviews with senior managers of the case company and interviews with relevant industry professionals, we will understand the resource capabilities of M31 Technology to analyze its successful and innovative business strategies. And on the basis of PMBA learning, using scientific knowledge to make suggestions on the future growth strategy of M31 Technology, this purpose is to expect more companies like M31 Technology in Taiwan's semiconductor industry to be able to open up new challenges without fear of challenges Add competitiveness to Taiwan's semiconductor industry
