摘要: | 本篇論文合成了咪唑、吡咯兩種不同系列之雙偶極化合物,探討其熱穩定性、能量轉移之行為、光物理及電化學性質,其中將咪唑系列之化合物3、6作為主發光體材料,摻混市售藍色磷光發光材料—FIrpic,製成有機電激發光二極體元件,其中以化合物3表現較好,在電荷密度20 mA/cm2時的操作電壓8.05 V為驅動電壓,亮度1869 cd/m2;操作電壓4.5V時可達最大發光效率29.32 cd/A,4.0 V時達最大發光功率21.34 lm/W,最大外部量子效率為10.81%;而吡咯系列化合物在電化學方面具有電聚合及電制變色之潛力,已初步探討這一系列化合物在電化學之表現行為。 Two series of bipolar imidazole and pyrrole compounds have been synthesized. The thermal stability,energy transfer, photophysics and electrochemical properties were investigated. The bipolar imidazole compound 3 and 6 as the new host materials for blue phosphorescent organic light emitting diodes (OLED). The device with the host of compound 3 and the guest of FIrpic exhibited the turn on voltage at 20 mA/cm2 of 8.05 V, luminance of 1869 cd/m2, max current efficiency of 29.32 cd/A at 4.5 V, power efficiency of 21.34lm/W at 4.0 V and the external quantum efficiency of 20.18 %. On the other hand, the pyrrole compounds have potential for electrochemical polymerization and the electrochromic mechanism has been studied. |
