| dc.description.abstract | 背景：家庭是非吸菸成人以及孩童暴露到二手菸的主要場所，透過建立家中禁菸規定免於非吸菸者暴露到二手菸，同時幫助吸菸者改變行為，保護吸菸者及其家人的健康是目前台灣菸害防治政策尚須努力的目標。
目標：本研究探討家庭禁菸規定與吸菸者戒菸行為的相關性。 研究資料：本研究利用2006、2007、2009、2011「成人吸菸行為調查」的數據。將吸菸者戒菸行為分為有吸菸的日子中每日吸菸量是否大於10根、去年是否曾經因為想戒菸而停止吸菸一天或以上以及是否成功戒菸超過三個月。 研究方法：以邏輯斯回歸分析探討家庭禁菸規定與吸菸者戒菸行為的關聯性，家庭、職場禁菸規定與非吸菸者二手菸暴露的關聯，最後則是比較家庭、職場禁菸規定與吸菸者行為的關聯性。 研究結果：不論是不是吸菸者，家中禁菸規定的比例在四年間皆有成長，家庭禁菸規定的建立會與年齡較低、高教育、高收入、已婚、有工作相關。家庭禁菸規定會與吸菸者降低吸菸量、去年嘗試戒菸以及成功戒菸超過三個月顯著相關。控制職場禁菸規定以後，有家庭禁菸規定的男性吸菸者減量吸菸的機率是0.515倍、去年嘗試戒菸的機率是1.598倍、成功戒菸超過三個月的的機率是1.614倍。控制家庭禁菸規定後，職場有禁菸規定的男性吸菸者減量吸菸的機率是0.731倍，去年曾經嘗試戒菸以及成功戒菸超過三個月與職場禁菸規定並沒有顯著相關。 結論：控制了職場禁菸規定以後，發現家庭帶給吸菸者的幫助更大。因此政府在推廣禁菸的場域不應侷限在職場，而是要往更貼近吸菸者生活的家庭著手。 | zh_TW |
