dc.description.abstract最近線上學習台業發展很多, 人們也期待更方便,想學在線上學習台。 zh_TW
As online business has been developed a lot and fast these days, people has expected a lot more to be more convenient, too. People are getting to learn something from online not at offline place. Especially students started to learn their subjects using online to save their time, and nowadays even young people use online to learn language or parents arrange online education for their children. According to the report from iresearch, the online education user in China has kept increasing about 13-16% annually since 2009. Besides, increasing Korean K-pop, Korean wave (Hallyu) and the demand of Korean language in China has also increased a lot.
There are several famous online platforms but there is no Korean professional online learning platform so far in China.
Using this good opportunity of this two prevalence trends, I would like to build up online Korean learning in China market. It is called Kim’s Korean e-Academy. In order to find a blue ocean market, I would differentiate the customer segments from others. There are four big customer groups. First group is people who need to speak Korean for their work at company. Second group is people who need Korean speaking for their small business like SOHO. Third group is people who want to speak Korean for their celebrities. Fourth group is people who need to speak Korean for their Korean girlfriends and boyfriends. With the special customer segments, Kim’s Korean e-Academy will prepare special & customized contents accordingly. People can learn Korean with reasonable price and with best quality through Kim’s Korean e- Academy at anywhere if there is Internet line. Furthermore, the platform of Kim’s Korean e-Academy will have community space to share some information about Korea or Korean related each other.
The business of online Korean learning is not only focused on practical language but also focused on real experience with innovative way. This business plan will expand to collaborate with others such as travel agency near in the future.
