dc.description.abstract本論文主要研究台灣產阿里山五味子(Schisandra arisanensis Hayata)藤莖含有之降三萜類化合物。阿里山五味子藤莖乙醇萃取物經過液液分配層析、管柱層析、高效液相層析等分離流程,並進一步分析鑑定所含之降三萜類成分。
實驗共分離得到二十二個五味子降三萜類化合物,其中包含八個新的化合物。新化合物依據碳骨架排列方式的不同,可進一步分類為四種類型:
14(13→12)16(17→13)–diabeoschiartane–type (1–3)、wuweiziartane–type (4、5)、lancischiartane–type (6、7)、preschisanartane–type (8)。其餘十四個已知化合物分別是schisarisanlactone A (9)、arisanlactone A (10)、arisanlactone C (11)、preschisanartanins A–B (12、13)、schilancidilactone W (14)、micrandilactone G (15)、lancifodilactones B–D, N (16–18、20)、henridilactone C (19)、schicagenin A (21)以及propindilactone K (22)。
以上化合物之結構鑑定主要是依據一維核磁共振光譜(1H–NMR, 13C–NMR, DEPT–135, DEPT–90)及二維核磁共振圖譜(COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, ROESY),輔以高解析電灑式質譜、紅外線光譜、紫外線光譜、圖二色光譜以及比旋光度,除了實驗室過去相關化合物的數據分析,並利用化學資料庫Reaxys以及資料庫Web of science搜尋比對相關文獻。

dc.description.abstractThis thesis focuses on the chemical investigation of triterpenoids from the stems of Schisandra arisanensis Hayata, an endemic schisandraceae species of Taiwan. The ethanol extract was fractionated by liquid–liquid partition and column chromatography. Fractions were further analyzed for their triterpenoid components by application of reverse phase high–performance liquid chromatography.
Twenty two triterpenoids including eight new compounds (1–8) were identified as schinortriterpenoids which can be exclusively found in Schisandraceae family. The new compounds can be classified into four types according to their carbon skeleton patterns: 14(13→12)16(17→13)–diabeoschiartane–type (1–3), wuweiziartane–type (4 and 5), lancischiartane–type (6 and 7) and preschisanartane–type (8) . Other fourteen known compounds are schisarisanlactone A (9), arisanlactone A (10), arisanlactone C (11), preschisanartanins A–B (12, 13), schilancidilactone W (14), micrandilactone G (15), lancifodilactones B–D, N (16–18, 20), henridilactone C (19), schicagenin A (21) and propindilactone K (22).
Structural elucidation of the schinortriterpenoids is mainly based on one–dimension NMR (1H–NMR, 13C–NMR, DEPT–135, DEPT–90) and two–dimension NMR ( COSY, HSQC, HMBC, NOESY, ROESY), together with high resolution ESI mass, infrared, UV, circular dichroism and specific optical rotation. The experimental data of related compounds were also examined and obtained from previous lab results. Other analytical reports were further reached by searching chemical data bases Reaxys and Web of science.
