dc.description.abstract酒後駕車對公共安全有嚴重威脅。台灣自從2013年對酒駕修法後,酒駕再犯比例仍然不斷攀升。酒精性疾患是酒駕再犯中的危險因子,但台灣欠缺相關實證資料。台灣的勞工及職業駕駛為了增加體力及提神,時常飲用含咖啡因酒精性飲料,此飲用族群與國外的年輕大學生族群有很大的差異。考量飲酒文化不同,探討含咖啡因酒精性飲料及酒駕前的飲酒情境有助於我們對酒駕族群有更進一步的瞭解,也較能建立針對不同次族群的相關預防措施。國外的研究中,頻繁酒駕者在致死車禍中占比較高,而台灣的頻繁酒駕者可能與國外的面貌不同。故本研究為一橫斷性的問卷調查,旨在針對酒駕族群建立較新的酒精性疾患實證資料。本研究同時探討酒駕前的飲酒情境、含咖啡因酒精性飲料、與頻繁酒駕者的相關性。
本研究總共收集982位桃園酒駕違規者,主要利用酒精使用疾患確認檢測(AUDIT)、簡式健康表(BSRS-5)及匹茲堡睡眠品質量表(PSQI)分別測量酒駕違規者的酒精使用問題、精神症狀,及睡眠情況。我們同時收集酒駕事件前的飲酒情境及酒精飲料偏好。本研究要探討與酒駕再犯相關的危險因子,包含酒精性疾患含咖啡酒精性飲料、及酒駕前飲酒情境。本研究同時想瞭解上述因子與頻繁酒駕者的相關性,並調整可能的潛在干擾因子。
本研究發現有41.2%的酒駕違規者有酒精性疾患,同時有三分之一的酒駕違規者的酒精飲料偏好為含咖啡因酒精性飲料。其中有12.4%的酒駕違規者酒駕頻率為每月二到四次、11%的酒駕違規者頻繁酒駕(每週至少二次)。
利用羅吉斯回歸發現使用檳榔(OR=1.13-4.40)、酒精性疾患(OR=2.76-33.79)、偏好含咖非因酒精性飲料(OR=1.49-4.80)、精神疾病(OR=1.08-3.69)、及在工作場合飲酒(OR=2.75-9.29)均與常態酒駕者相關。
總結研究結果,酒精性疾患在酒駕族群中相當普遍,故應建立相對應的酒精篩檢及後續轉介系統。相關單位可在工作場合推廣預防酒駕的活動,並針對高危險族群宣導含咖啡因酒精性飲料可能帶來的潛在危害。研究台灣的酒駕議題時,應同時考量酒駕前的飲酒情境及含咖啡因酒精性飲料的影響。
