dc.description.abstract背景:H1N1新型流感流行期間,洗手為政府單位推薦之有效防護措施,但卻少有研究探討其盛行率與相關因素。
方法:於2009年10月28日至30日,以隨機播號方式,依縣市分層進行全國性電話調查,對象為15歲以上的台灣民眾,內容係針對其健康信念與H1N1新型流感預防行為等蒐集相關資訊。最後有效樣本共1,079位,完訪率為69%。
結果:研究樣本中,77%自陳於H1N1新型流感大流行期間增加其洗手頻率。多變項羅吉斯迴歸結果顯示:認為「H1N1較禽流感容易傳染」 (OR=1.42)、認為「與世界各國相比,台灣的H1N1疫情嚴重程度有點嚴重」 (OR=1.59)、認為「洗手對於預防H1N1非常有效」 (OR=3.12) 以及認為在接觸可能感染源後洗手的困難程度為「不太困難」 (OR=2.14) 或「一點也不困難」 (OR=2.49) 者,有較高機率會於H1N1新型流感大流行期間增加其洗手頻率。
結論:本研究發現可做為未來設計相關健康促進活動之參考。若欲增進民眾在面對疾病爆發時的預防行為,可考慮提供該預防行為有效性之實證資料、將該疾病和先前曾爆發之疫病做比較,且要留意避免過度放大疾病嚴重性。
