| dc.description.abstract | 有色肉雞是我國特有的一項家禽產品,長期以來深受國人喜好;可是,由於其飼養型態似乎趕不上時代潮流的變化,導致市場佔有率節節下降,若不加緊調整改善的腳步,未來可能會被受威脅。
政府要防止禽流感的發生及運輸上的傳染,以及改善不良的產銷結構,全面實施電動屠宰是一項良策。然而因反對聲浪大而延後實施,即使如此,政府仍然是要以此方向來努力。 當然,有色肉雞要全面實施電宰,主要的關鍵人物是在生產者及運輸業者,本研究總共訪問93位生產者及9位運輸業者,綜合他們的意見之後,提出9點建議: 1.優先對年輕、高學歷、規模大的生產者加以解說,使其成為示範者,相信對電宰的實施會減輕不少阻力。 2.農政單位仍應繼續透過養雞協會等組織加強宣導電宰的好處,同時鼓勵一些小規模的生產者與相關業者進行契約產銷,以利電宰的推動。 3.農政單位宜請學研機構篩選一些有色肉雞的品系加以推廣,使其能夠規格化,方便電宰的作業流程。 4.鼓勵所有的生產者逐步走向契約產銷。 5.鼓勵生產者加入養雞相關的組織,可以取得較多的訊息,對通路的了解就會增加,對市場的掌握力自然也就增加。 6.宜先輔導大規模運輸業者的雞隻進入電動屠宰,或是讓這些大規模的中間業者參與電動屠宰場的投資,以加快電動屠宰的比率。 7.政府應該透過各種官方及民間的團體,大力宣導電宰冷藏雞隻的好處(如安全衛生、營養份不會流失…),如此,對有色肉雞產業的轉型必會有所幫助。 8.消費者舊有的習慣並不是不會改變,因而,運輸業者本身也要有配套方案,否則會被淘汰。 9.電宰的目的最主要在於防疫的考量,建議要加強宣導防疫的重要性,及疾病對整體產業的影響。 | zh_TW |

Certainly, the Colorful broiler must Implement Electric Slaughter to whole, the main key man is in the producer and the market carrier, this research altogether visits 93 producers and 9 market carrier, after synthesizing their opinion, puts forward 9 point suggestion: 1. first to young, the high school record, the scale big producer illustrated, causes it to become the demonstration, believed that butchers the Implement Electric Slaughter to be able to reduce many resistance. 2. the agricultural politics unit still should continue by to raise chickens organizations and so on association to strengthen proclaims the advantage which the Implement Electric Slaughter, simultaneously encourages some small scale the producer and the correlation entrepreneur carries on the contract production and marketing, butchers the impetus in order to help the electricity. 3. the agricultural politics unit suitable please study grinds the organization to screen some Colorful broiler the strain to promote, enables its the standardization, the convenient electricity butchers work flow. 4. encourages all producers to move toward the contract production and marketing gradually. 5. encourages the producer to join raises chickens the related organization, may obtain many news, the understanding will increase to the circuit, will grasp the strength to the market also to increase naturally. 6. suitable counsels the large-scale middle entrepreneur the chicken only to enter electrically operated slaughtering first, perhaps lets these large-scale middle entrepreneurs participate in the electrically operated slaughter house the investment, speeds up electrically operated slaughtering the ratio. 7. the government should penetrate each kind of official and the folk association, will proclaim the electric conduction to butcher the refrigeration chicken advantage vigorously only (for example safety and health, nutrition share not to drain…), so, must have the help to colored meat chicken industry's reforming. 8. the consumer old some customs will change in the future possibly, thus, the middle entrepreneur himself must have the necessary plan, will otherwise be eliminated. 9. the electricity butchers the goal most mainly lies in the guard the consideration, suggested that must strengthen the guidance guard the importance, and disease to overall industrial influence. | en |
