dc.description.abstract | 由健康資訊交換第七層協定(HL7)所提出的臨床文件架構(CDA),是一個以XML為基礎,旨在規定用於交換的臨床文檔的編碼、結構和語義的標準。基於XML的CDA文件的真實性以及完整性可以藉由W3C所提出的XML簽章(XMLDsig)達成。但是在某些情況下,像是為了醫療研究所進行的醫療文件去識別化,我們會面臨所謂的電子文件消毒問題。在本論文中,我們研究了關於在臨床文件架構上使用可淨化電子簽章的議題,並嘗試找出一種將可淨化電子簽章實際應用在臨床文件架構上的解決方案。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | The Clinical Document Architecture (CDA) introduced by Health Level Seven (HL7) is a XML-based standard intended to specify the encoding, structure and semantics of clinical documents for exchange. Since the clinical document is in XML form, its authenticity and integrity could be guaranteed by means of using XML Signature (XMLDsig) published by W3C. But in some cases, like the medical document de-identification for research use, we encountered the digital document sanitizing problem. This thesis investigates the use of redactable signatures in clinical documents and tries to find a solution when dealing with implementing redactable signatures in CDA. | en |
