dc.description.abstract研究目的:瞭解青少年七至九年級之日常生活壓力、家庭支持與憂鬱情緒之變化趨勢,並探討日常生活壓力、家庭支持及因應方式與憂鬱情緒之長期關係。研究對象與方法:以「兒童與青少年之長期發展研究」中(簡稱CABLE計畫),於2004至2006年就讀七至九年級之1,646名國中學生為研究樣本,並利用計畫之部份資料進行次級分析。運用LISREL 8.5統計軟體進行潛在成長曲線模式分析,以七年級之初始情況(截距)與七至九年級之改變速率(斜率)描繪研究樣本之憂鬱情緒、日常生活壓力及家庭支持之線性變化趨勢,及瞭解影響憂鬱情緒初始情況與改變速率之重要因素。研究結果:青少年七至九年級之日常生活壓力及憂鬱情緒皆逐年上升,而家庭支持則呈現下降的趨勢,每個人對憂鬱情緒、日常生活壓力及家庭支持之感受亦因有所不同。整體而言,青少年於七年級之日常生活壓力愈大、家庭支持愈少,則七年級有較高的憂鬱程度;日常生活壓力上升速率愈快、七年級家庭支持愈多、家庭支持下降速率愈快,則憂鬱程度上升速率愈快;此外,不同的因應方式對憂鬱情緒初始情況及改變速率的影響也有所差異。其他影響七年級憂鬱情緒之因素包括:性別、居住地區及父親教育程度;而與憂鬱情緒改變速率有關之因素則為性別及父親教育程度。結論與建議:控制背景因素後,日常生活壓力、家庭支持及因應方式對憂鬱情緒之初始情況及改變速率有一定之影響,建議家長及師長應關注學生之心理健康、教導學生重複對壓力源進行評估、多與學生互動並給予支持、並鼓勵學生多以問題取向之因應方式面對壓力,以緩和憂鬱程度之上升速率。zh_TW
