| dc.description.abstract | 目的:本研究目的為瞭解六、七年級學生看電視超時情況與其相關因素,並進一步分析兩年間看電視超時類型的相關因素。方法:本研究取自兒童與青少年行為之長期發展研究(Child and Adolescent Behaviors in Long-term Evolution),簡稱CABLE計畫,利用該計畫2006及2007年收集之資料進行分析。本研究納入之分析樣本為2006年就讀六年級的學生,共2080人,其中男生1039人,女生1041人。統計方法採多項邏輯迴歸模型。結果:研究樣本於六、七年級平均每天看電視時數分別為2.12小時及2.16小時,每天看電視超過2小時的比率分別為50.7%及41.6%,而兩年看電視皆超時(長時間超時者)的比率佔31.1%。與看電視超時嚴重程度有顯著關係的變項包括居住地區、家庭收入、父親教育程度、母親看電視超時頻率、父母支持程度、用電腦及玩電玩的時數。此外,與兩年間看電視超時類型(皆未超時、其中一年超時、皆超時)有關的因素也不盡相同,其中與兩年皆超時有顯著關係的因素為居住地區、學業成就、家庭收入、父親教育程度、母親看電視超時頻率、父母支持程度、父母懲罰程度、補習及學才藝時數、用電腦及玩電玩時數。結論:根據本研究結果,提出以下建議:1.正視兒童與青少年看電視超時的問題;2.父母親應多花時間與子女互動並給予其足夠的心裡與行為上的支持,並適度的進行管教與懲罰;3.父母應了解身教的重要性,避免自身出現看電視超時的情況;4.師長應協助兒童及青少年培養多元的興趣,教導其時間規劃、活動安排的自主能力。 | zh_TW |
