| 摘要: | 本論文利用左右手混合傳輸線的相位變化的性質，實現出任意雙頻分支耦合器。在實現左右手混合傳輸線時，我們利用集總元件的寄生效應，來形成左右手混合傳輸線，並利用相位的關係，達到預期的頻段結果。使用低溫共燒多層陶瓷(LTCC, low temperature co-fired ceramic)製程上，設計雙頻分支耦合器的流程將在本論文中介紹。此耦合器可同時操作在2.4GHz及5.1GHz。 This thesis will realize dual-band branch-line coupler by controlling the phase response of the right/left-handed transmission line (CRLH TL). When realizing the CRLH TL, we will control lumped element's parasitic by layout to control the phase response of CRLH TL to achieve the desired frequency response of coupler. The design flow of dual-frequency branch coupler using LTCC (low temperature co-Fired ceramic) process will be introduced. The coupler's coupling frequeies are 2.4GHz and 5.1GHz. |
