摘要: | 本研究旨在建立一雙級中段注入熱力分析模型,搭配現有壓縮機容積對角度關係,依據不同的冷凝與蒸發環境下,尋找恰當的中段注入機構位置,以在不需增加許多額外硬體上的改變,增加熱泵在低環境溫度下效率以及製熱能力,期望憑此技術省去輔助加熱設備,提升系統可靠度與競爭力。
本研究使用一迴轉式壓縮機,搭配160公升水槽做一熱泵系統,在環境溫度5∼30℃進行實驗,測試結果中段注入比單級壓縮性能略差;熱力分析模型預測與實驗結果約有15~20%誤差。 The main purpose of this project is to establish a thermal model of two stage heat pump system with injection. It is going to find out the best inject position and best operative condition with variable condensation and evaporation temperature and an existing compressor. Without additional hardware and change, this technology not only improves the heating ability and the efficiency of the heat pump at low ambient temperature, but also enhances system reliability and competiveness, and reduces the cost by removing assistant heating equipments. In this study, a rotary compressor is used in the heat pump system with 160 liter tank. The performance of two stage compression is slightly worse than the single stage one at ambient temperature 5~30℃. It is 15~20% error between the prediction and the experiment result. |
