健康管理服務平台之發展-以A公司個案為例

Abstract

近年來網際網路基礎建設日趨完善與普及，各式各樣的社群在網路上提供了豐富的數位醫療健康資源與內容。國人生病就醫前，就可由網路上得到許多的資訊。然而在網路上的個人醫療記錄及健康管理資訊相當複雜且分散各地，資訊提供者相當多元，包括了政府衛生單位，醫療院所，醫師專業學會社團，社會服務團體，健康管理公司，藥商與保險業等不同社群．一般消費者很難在模糊且分散資訊中評估醫療健康資訊是否可信賴。另一方面，電子化的個人健康記錄與病歷標準格式與管理系統也在迅速發展中。 科技與醫學中心投入健康服務，本身需具備完善之醫療服務知識，更須創新商業營運模式，以資訊科技與知識密集的服務提昇健康服務生產力。本研究以建立健康儲存庫的資訊科技及健康管理的服務為主軸，提升並與醫療與健檢的發展策略作為互補，喚醒消費者對自己健康的自主管理，探討現有健康管理服務營運模式，利用科技化結合知識經濟成一個整合性的醫療資訊平台及自創的服務會員平台獲取客戶健康，創造出新的營運模式，促進健康醫療資訊整合。並為消費者健康把關，以延長豐富生命、提昇生活品質及健康管理，並創造醫療產業在健康管理平台的創新商機。

The internet infrastructure is increasingly popularized and matured in recent years. A variety of communities on the internet has provided abundant digital health information and contents. Citizens in our country can obtain information from the internet before medical treatment in hospital when they get sick. But our individual medical treatment and health management information had been scattered all over the places. There are dynamic information providers including government sanitary unit, hospital, doctor, social service group, healthy management company, druggist and insurance company. Consumers are very difficult to trust their medical treatment at ambiguous and dispersive information. On the other hand, an electronic Personal Health Record (ePHR) and Electronic Patient Record (EPR) is developing rapidly to provide consumers with an intuitive web-based application to create, view, store and share healthcare information. Science and medical technology center need to equip with well-developed medical services and knowledge before devoting into healthcare services. Our research establishes health database based on information technology and health management services, support and elevate the development strategy of medical treatment and health check system, arouse consumers' self-awareness of health management. Discuss the existing healthy management operation model, utilize the technology edge to combine the knowledge economy to form an integrated medical information platform and self innovated member service platforms to obtain clients health, creating new operation model in order to form medical information integration. Help consumers to keep the gate on their health, enrich their life, uplift their life quality and health management, lastly create innovative business opportunities on heath management platform.
