| dc.description.abstract | 隨著時代的演進,電信網路與IT網路的界線越來越模糊,行動網路、固定網路與有線電視網路的整合也越來越明顯。從網路管理來看,一方面要整合行動網路與固定網路的網管系統,另外一方面又建立一個支援商業流程的下一代網管系統,在這樣一個時代潮流下,做一個電信工作人員必須有新的思維來面對此一趨勢。
本文探討在數位匯流趨勢下,既有電信業者欲維持競爭優勢,擁有「最後一哩網路」及整合的新一代網管系統是其中的關鍵。本研究建議既有的電信業者應該致力於建設自有的最後一哩以厚植實力,並以併購有線電視業者為目標來進行。 而在新一代的網管系統方面,要從整合既有的網路管理系統出發,並進一步支援商業流程,縮短服務上市時間及更即時解決用戶服務品質的相關問題。本文採用新一代運營支援系統(New Generation Operations Systems and Software,NGOSS)架構來整合既有的網路管理系統,以達到可以符合數位匯流下的網管需求。此外,有鑑於各項網管系統的功能與屬性不盡相同,要保留原有的功能又要有整合的效益,需要一個有彈性的系統方法來做網管整合,故以服務導向架構(Service Oriented Architecture,SOA)作為各種網管的整合介面,以降低各系統間因為不相容而造成的投資浪費或維運的複雜度。 本研究也提出執行的建議方案供既有業者參考。 | zh_TW |
| dc.description.abstract | The boundary between telecommunication networks and IT networks becomes blurred as time elapses. The integration of mobile, fixed and cable TV network has gradually become more obvious. From the angle of network management, it needs to integrate the management system of mobile and fixed networks on the one hand and build up a new generation system to support business processes on the other. Under such circumstances, a telecommunication operator has to have new concepts to meet this trend.
This study attempts to research digital convergence and how existing telecommunication companies maintain their competition advantages in the future. It found that the key point of success is to own the “last mile” of a network and construct the new generation network management system. In the aspect of achieving the “last mile,” it is recommended that existing telecommunication companies should construct their own “last mile” to build up their strength first and then by the means of acquiring and merging with CATV to own the “last mile.” In the aspect of new generation management system, it should start from integration of existing network managing system then support business processes, shorten the time of service to market and immediately solve the problem concerning service quality. This thesis adopted a New Generation Operations Systems and Software (NGOSS) structure to integrate the existing network management system to make sure the system in the future will meet requirements under the situation of digital convergence. In addition, due to the differences of function various network management systems, we need a flexible system and method to keep the function of the existing system and obtain the benefit of the integration simultaneously. Hence, we used Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) as an integration interface of various management systems to minimize waste of money and complication of maintenance caused by incompatibilities of systems. To have the “last mile” of a network and new generation management system are key to success in the age of digital convergence.
