| dc.description.abstract | 本文由醫療服務業中護理工作的個案經驗，探討身體展演及空間如何參與性別建構的過程並影響醫療產業的運作。醫療產業的性別區隔問題由來已久，也有不少文獻指出性別區隔是導致護理專業發展困境的要素，然而鮮少研究深入探究性別是如何支配或影響產業運作及性別區隔如何再生產。因此本文由護理工作的日常身體勞動出發，重新檢視護理工作，首先由再現中釐清社會大眾所期待之護理性別身體展演為何？此一性別身體展演如何支配護理人員日常互動？接著探究在勞動的日常生活中如何規訓性別化身體，以順利完成人力資源再生產，最後由空間與扮裝的概念，探討空間如何允許另類護理性別身體展演的建構。本研究採詮釋民族誌法為研究取徑，透過深度訪談、參與觀察後進行分類分析，同時經由二手資料與訪談、觀察的一手資料三者交叉比對驗證三角檢證（triangulation），確保研究結果的可信度。
由於護理專業知識作用的場域是病人身體，護理人員與病人間的親密身體互動是積累病體知識、施行照護措施的核心，在面對面、肢體碰觸的身體互動間，移動及各種微小的身體特質對每次的溝通、接觸就產生至關重要的影響，此時性別做為一套使用身體的類型模式，其差異與影響得以彰顯。官方及流行文化再現中的性別化形象影響了勞動的身體規訓，女性化且小心翼翼的除去情慾，使理想之勞動形象訴諸於母性，並經由空間設計的營造想像並監視。四類身體展演：隱微知識身體展演、符碼知識身體展演、「高級女傭」身體展演、醫療團隊身體展演，分別在特定時空下創造特定之性別化身體展演，而各類展演組合所產生之身體移動規範，則一方面身體規訓創造了陌生身體接觸的機會，提供專業知識積累的機會，另方面頻繁的移動及不斷轉換的身體展演也消耗了大量護病互動的機會，限制專業知識積累，降低專業系統知識所可能造成的威權感，呼應了護理在醫療體系中結構性的位置。利用身體生理限制配合制度上輪班、獎懲制度，創造短年資的職場文化，限制護理專業發展。 而在相對封閉的門禁管制單位，則存在著不同於一般認知的一群護理人員，門禁管制封閉的特質，使護病互動更為密切。停留在病體身邊，同時維持護理人員間的互動，創造了適宜專業知識積累的身體經驗，護理人員的行為亦顯現出充滿自信的專業型女性特質。然而，當門禁管制解除，弱監視環境消失，空間性質轉變使開放空間的規訓加諸於門禁管制單位的護理人員，此時護理人員的身體展演產生微妙的轉變，當場所回覆為管制空間後即消失，筆者稱之為扮裝，由此也更具體顯現空間如何經由規訓及身體展演，參與性別建構的過程並影響醫療產業的運作，並在產業中扮演的策略性角色。 | zh_TW |
