dc.description.abstract | 本研究主要在合成出含PEG主鏈及側鏈之TPU透氣薄膜。在合成部份,將高吸水性質的PEG導入主鏈及側鏈,分別探討其軟硬鏈節的組成、側鏈含量、Isocyanate Index及PEG的分子量對透氣、機械性質影響的程度,並進一步探討薄膜之熱性質及斷面形態。
在本研究中,以傅立葉轉換紅外線光譜儀(FTIR)來監測反應程度並鑑定產物之化學結構。在成膜後,進行透氣性質及機械性質的測試,可發現不同的軟硬段比例或組成下,TPU薄膜會有不同的透溼度,在固定軟、硬段莫耳比下,軟段中有較高含量之PEG,則透溼性質顯著增加,但機械性質卻明顯下降;隨著含PEG側鏈的增加則透氣性質增加,但機械性質卻下降。在熱性質方面,分別以熱重損失分析儀(TGA)、微差熱掃瞄分析儀(DSC)、動態機械分析儀(DMA)探討材料之熱裂解溫度及玻璃轉移溫度與材料結構之關係,最後再以掃瞄式電子顯微鏡(SEM)觀測其表面形態。 | zh_TW |
dc.description.abstract | This research studies breathable/waterproof thermoplastic polyurethane film which contains PEG (Polyethylene Oxide Glycol) at main chain, alone or along with PEG at side chains. Mechanical strengths, water vapor permeability and other properties are discussed and compared side by side by different factors, such as, hard/soft segment ratio, PEG side chain percentage, isocyanate index, and different molecular weight of PEG used in main chain.
FTIR (Fourier Transform Infrared Spectrometer) is used to trace the extent of reaction and to characterize the formation of TPU. The results show higher water permeability with higher percentage of PEG in the main chain, however, it comes with lower mechanical strengths. Thermo Gravimetric Analysis (TGA), Differential Scanning Colarimetry (DSC), Dynamic Mechanical Analysis (DMA), are used to characterize thermal properties of TPU, and scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) is used to observe the morphology. | en |
