| 摘要: | 隨著營建工程的日趨複雜,一個工程專案所要面對的資訊已非傳統管理方式所能負擔,加上政府大力推動產業電子化,在法規面或執行面上都會要求工程專案運用資訊系統來做專案管理,使工程專案的資訊能夠更有效率的應用,進而達到管理的目的。
本研究主要目的在為工程專案管理者為專案導入工程專案管理資訊系統前,建立系統的使用前的評估模式,包含建構評估向度與指標、調查個案系統的表現程度,最後透過正在實行的專案作為案例,以實證評估模式,並建議該案例最適合的管理資訊系統。 本研究先從了解現階段營建業應用管理資訊系統整體架構與相關技術,透過文獻探討與本研究的篩選方式,整理出營建業對工程專案管理資訊系統的評估指標,接下來利用專家問卷與模糊德菲法,建構個案系統在各指標間的表現程度;建構出三個系統的評估模式;最後透過實際進行的專案作為案例實證評估模式,成果呈現出一個工程專案管理資訊系統的決策專家系統;提供個案系統間的分析比較、個別使用者的權重比較,並將此成果回饋到專案,建議專案最適合該專案的系統選擇。 ABSTRACT Since construction engineering becoming more complicated day by day, the project information which has to handle can't be satisfied in traditional management modes. In addition, the government vigorously promotes industrial electronization and requests the engineering projects to use the information system for project management in both execution and regulation, which would make the information of engineering project can be applied more efficiently, and then achieve the purpose of management. The main purpose of this research is to structure an evaluation model before application of PMIS. The model includes concrete measurement indactors and performance indicators of the selected cases. Then, through projects study, analyze the evaluation model. In the end, let the results feedback to the project. And give optimum systems selection to the project First, this research makes a study of full framework and relative technology of construction industry application management information system at the present stage. Through literature review and sieving method, it makes a list of PMIS evaluation indicators. Furtherway, through experts interviewing and analyzing by Fuzzy Delphi method, to strcture the systems’ performance indicators and users’ weight indicators. Finally, we make a experient to apply the model in 2 project cases. And give the results to the case. Ensure the model would make a decision to select the optimum PMIS. |
